  • We can insure drivers between 25-70 years of age who have held a full valid license for more than 3 years
  • All drivers must be present to collect the motorhome

  • Driveline GB Ltd can accept up to 6 points (SP30) per driver
  • For more than 2 sets of SP30 points, or for any points that are not coded with SP then please contact us

  • Low, Mid and High seasons do not have a minimum hire period. Peak season (July, August and September) has a minimum hire period of 1 week
  • Driveline GB Ltd reserve the right to increase the minimum hire period for certain events and festivals, such as Glastonbury

  • All of our motorhomes are no more than 1.5 years old and are regularly serviced and maintained

  • Bookings can be made over the phone
  • A deposit of 25% of the total hire cost is all that's needed to confirm a booking
  • The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the collection of your motorhome
  • If a booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the collection date, then the full amount is required

  • More than 6 weeks before collection: 25% of the total hire cost is non refundable
  • 6 weeks - 2 weeks before collection: 50% of the total hire cost is non refundable
  • 2 weeks - collection day: 100% of the total hire cost is non refundable
  • Deposits paid cannot be transfered from one hire to another

  • Collection times are from 3pm, with the last being 1 hour prior to closing. This is to allow at least 1 hour for the hand-over at the depot and answer any questions you may have
  • Return times are between 9am and 11am
  • Late fees are chargeable for motorhomes returned after 11am

  • All drivers must be present on collection of the motorhome
  • Full valid UK driving license for each of the drivers
  • National insurance number for each of the drivers, this is to validate the license
  • Utility bill or bank statement to confirm your home address

  • A security deposit of £1,000.00 (£1,500.00 if taking a pet) is payable on collection of the motorhome on a credit or debit card
  • The card holder must be present at the office

  • There is an excess of £1,000.00 on the insurance policy

  • Yes, althrough there is an additional charge of £12.50 per day for the main driver, plus £5 per every additional driver

  • Your motorhome can be taken on a ferry, the company will usually ask for the registraion number and length of the vehicle

  • Yes, pets are allowed in the motorhome at no extra cost, although we ask they are not left in the vehicle unattended or on the soft furnishings
  • The security deposit will be increased to £1,500.00 and we ask that you sign a copy of our pets policy

  • Unfortunately we do not currently offer a delivery service at this time. All motorhomes must be collected and returned to our St. Austell depot (or Plymouth by arrangement)

  • Unfortunately we do not currently offer a one way hire service at this time

  • Driveline head office is based in London Apprentice - just outside of St. Austell in Cornwall.
  • We will happily collect you from the local train station, St. Austell - or Plymouth if hiring from there

  • Yes, you may leave one car at the St. Austell depot free of charge
  • Additional cars will be £5.00 per car, per night of hire

  • The heating and hot water
  • Grill/oven
  • We do isolate the fridge from the gas for safety reasons, but when on hire and your require this function you can contact the office and we can talk you through this

  • Lights are powered from the leisure batter
  • Water pump
  • TV/DVD/Digital aerial
  • USB Charging points

  • The on board 240v plug sockets can be used when hooked up
  • The fridge can be used off the mains electric
  • The leisure battery will also charge through the mains electric

  • Depending on the model there is at least 1x plug socket for a standard 3 pin plug (this will only work when connected to the mains electric)
  • 1x 12v socket in the dash which can be used for car phone chargers, sat nav's etc.
  • USB charging point

  • Yes, your motorhome includes a TV/DVD system

  • Bedding & towels are not included in the motorhomes as standard, although are available for hire
  • Single sheet, pillow and duvet with cover - £20.00
  • Double sheet, 2 pillows and duvet with cover - £35.00

  • Yes, we offer a free refrigerated shopping storage service
  • Have your online shop delivered to us and we'll make sure it's loaded into your motorhome prior to collection

  • Our motorhomes have double glazing and wall and floor insulation
  • Our motorhomes are fitted with a gas heating/hot water system

  • Whilst not compulsory, we always recommend that you stay at a campsite for your own and the vehicles safety

  • All motorhomes must be returned by 11am
  • We ask that the motorhome is returned with a full tank of fuel
  • Vehicles are expected to be returned in a clean and tidy condition - i.e. floors clean, food rubbish removed, bathroom clean and tidy, sufaces wiped
  • Vehicles must be cleaned, unpacked and ready to be handed over to a member of the team by 11am
