Frequently Asked Questions
Can vehicles be dropped off out of hours?
Yes they can but the hirers remain legally responsible for the vehicle until it has been checked in by our staff.
Vehicles cannot be dropped off at our Plymouth Branch at the present time.
Do you hire vehicles that we can take abroad?
We can hire some vehicles for European use, please contact us for further information
Is your day rate for 24 hours?
Yes. If you hire out at 9.00am today then the vehicle would be due back by 9.00am tomorrow.
Do you provide 24 hour vehicle collection?
No. Paperwork has to be completed to cover insurance prior to hire. We can sometimes complete all the formalities before collection although the vehicle is only insured during the times signed for on the form. You would still be held liable for any damage to the vehicle whilst it stands awaiting collection. Please call us about this.
Do I need to provide my driving licence?

If you are in the throws of moving address then we will require a utility bill at your current address and a legal letter showing your new address.
Payment can be made using most major credit cards. We initially process the rental amount plus a £300.00 security excess deposit will be deducted from your card and refunded upon the safe, undamaged return of the vehicle.
The checklist is as follows:
- Photo driving licence card AND paper section.
